A plain-English explanation of the cookies we use and how you can control them.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function correctly and — with your consent — can be used to understand how visitors use a site.
Cookies we use
We keep our cookie usage to an absolute minimum. Here is every cookie this site sets:

Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people find useful and where they get stuck. It records things like which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and whether it was a phone or a laptop. It does not tell us who you are, and we never use it for advertising or share the data with anyone.
Measurement is on by default and you can switch it off at any time using the controls above or the notice shown on your first visit. While it is on, the cookies above are set: Google Analytics tells us how the site is used, and Google Ads and Meta can count a booking against the ad that brought you here, so we know which advertising works. If you switch it off, we use Google Consent Mode and Meta's consent controls to stop both immediately, no further cookies are set, the existing ones are cleared, and no identifier is stored for you. Your choice is remembered in this browser and respected from the first moment of every later visit. What we never enable, for anyone, is ad personalisation: nothing on this site is used to profile you or follow you around the internet.
Third-party cookies
If you book a call via our Google Calendar link, Google's own cookie and privacy policy applies to that interaction. The only third-party measurement on this site is the Google and Meta measurement described above, which you can switch off at any time; we do not run any other advertising trackers or social media plug-ins.

You can change your mind at any time, right here:
Current setting: Measurement is on (the default). Analytics and ads conversion measurement are active; ad personalisation never is.
Switching measurement off stops any further data being sent straight away and clears the Google and Meta cookies from this browser.
You can also refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them entirely — though on some sites that will affect functionality.
