Psyche Creative is a trading name of Adam Watters Creative, a UK-based sole trader providing marketing services to therapy professionals. When this policy refers to “we”, “us” or “our”, it means Adam Watters Creative / Psyche Creative.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at any time using the details at the bottom of this page.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it — primarily through:

  • Our contact / enquiry form (name, email, business name, goals)
  • Email correspondence you initiate
  • Booking a call via Google Calendar
  • Newsletter signup

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit our website — such as browser type, approximate location (country level) and pages visited — via privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use Google Analytics without your explicit consent.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and carry out contracted work. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for up to 2 years in case of follow-up. Client project data is kept for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights below).
