Interactive tools you can add to your own website.
Six small tools that do something genuinely useful for the people visiting your site — help them work out what kind of therapy they need, give them somewhere to steady themselves, answer the cost question before they have to ask it, or simply make the page easier to read.
Set your details below, try each one, then copy the code straight into your site. They work on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and anything else that accepts an embed — no plugins, no accounts, and nothing is collected from your visitors.
Therapy matcher
Not knowing which approach they need is the single biggest thing that stops people getting in touch. Three gentle questions give them a starting point and a reason to book a call. Edit the approaches so it only ever suggests what you actually offer.
Paste it anywhere on your site. Everything is self-contained — no plugins, no accounts, nothing loaded from elsewhere. Look for the EDIT ME block near the top of the script to change the wording to your own.
Grounding & breathing
Someone may land on your site at 2am in real distress. This gives them something genuinely useful straight away, with crisis numbers always visible. It says more about how you practise than any paragraph of copy could.

Session cost calculator
Cost is the question everyone has and few want to ask. Answering it openly builds trust, filters out mismatched enquiries, and saves you the back-and-forth of quoting by email.
Paste it anywhere on your site. Everything is self-contained — no plugins, no accounts, nothing loaded from elsewhere. Look for the EDIT ME block near the top of the script to change the wording to your own.
Waiting list form
When you're at capacity, an enquiry that gets a “sorry, I'm full” reply is usually gone for good. This holds onto that interest instead — with a consent tick, a note on when they can attend, and crisis signposting on the confirmation. Works straight away by email, or point it at a free Formspree account for proper form submissions.

Accessibility toolbar
Bigger text, higher contrast, an easier-to-read font and a switch to stop things moving. It costs nothing to offer and it matters to a lot of people — including those who are exhausted, in distress, dyslexic or migraine-prone. Choices are remembered on their device.

Therapy jargon glossary
Most people don't know what EMDR, psychodynamic or containment actually mean, and won't want to ask. Explaining them plainly lowers the barrier to getting in touch — and gives search engines useful, well-structured content on the terms people look up.

How to add these to your site
Every widget is a single block of HTML. Copy it, then paste it into a code or embed block wherever you'd like it to appear.
WordPress
Edit the page, add a “Custom HTML” block, and paste the code in. (With Elementor, use the “HTML” widget.)
Squarespace
Edit the page, add a block, choose “Code”, and paste the code in. Leave the display source as HTML.
Wix
Add → Embed Code → “Embed HTML”, choose “Code”, and paste the code in. Drag the box to size it.
Framer / Webflow
Drop in an Embed (Framer) or HTML Embed (Webflow) component and paste the code in.
Making it your own
- · Near the top of each script there's an EDIT ME section — that's where the wording lives.
- · In the therapy matcher, delete any approach you don't offer so it only ever suggests your own services.
- · Reword the questions in your own voice. The tone should sound like you, not like a form.
- · Set the colours above to match your brand before you copy — they're baked into the code.
- · Test on your phone once it's live. Most people will see it there first.
We can tailor these to your practice.
If you'd rather not touch the code, we can design and install these for you — matched to your brand and wired into your booking flow.
